Manager of Large Customer Sales (Automotive, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications)

Join Reddit as the Manager of Large Customer Sales, leading the Auto, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications verticals in Canada. You will develop and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers, drive revenue targets, and advise on market opportunities and strategic planning. You will also partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to align with the strategic plan. This role requires proven experience in sales partnerships, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 1 year of sales leadership experience.

• Actively develop and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives.
• Drive your team to exceed established revenue targets and manage resources efficiently.
• Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning.
• Proven experience upleveling sales partnerships by accessing C-level Enterprise Auto, M&E, or Telco client stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience with direct advertiser sales including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships
• Minimum 1 year of sales leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities
• 10+ years experience in digital media sales and/or marketing
