Senior Client Account Manager (Large Customer Sales, Retail)

About The Role
Join Reddit's Large Customer Sales team as a Senior Client Account Manager in Canada. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Client Partner to execute and optimize campaigns, deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, and lead campaign launches from start to finish. You will also educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition, consult clients on their marketing objectives, and collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance data and represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders.

- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Expertise with performance/direct response campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment
- Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
- Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management
- Experience working with Enterprise Retail brands
- Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
- Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
