  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for the needs of your team and their clients, and identify creative solutions.
  • Craft and execute a strategy that will enable your team to exceed revenue targets for their book of business.
  • An action-oriented leader who can break down a complex strategy into an actionable plan that will allow your team to execute successfully
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Genuine passion for mentoring others with a track record of successfully fostering career growth for those on your team
  • 3+ years of people management experience within sales
  • Strategic thinker who can connect the dots between market trends, client needs, and unique platform capabilities to identify lucrative business opportunities
  • Expert in digital media with an emphasis on paid social
  • Experience with direct advertiser sales including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging with executive-level Entertainment stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • 10-15+ years experience in digital media sales and/or marketing
  • Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives
  • Prior startup or high-growth experience preferred, builders wanted!
  • Experience thinking and acting globally to unlock revenue for Reddit in the US and all major markets
