Senior Program Manager (GTM Automation)

Join Reddit as a Senior Program Manager on the Go-to-Market Systems team. In this high-impact role, you will drive the product vision, roadmap, and architecture for our GTM AI technology. You will collaborate with various teams to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable products. Your focus will be on building AI-powered tools that improve seller productivity and defining the data foundations that power our GTM AI strategy. You will also lead cross-functional efforts and drive adoption and change management for new AI capabilities across GTM teams.

• 7+ years of product management experience across GTM systems, Enterprise SaaS technology, and AI-powered tooling
• Highly analytical and comfortable defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to prioritize product investments
• Strong fluency in modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment tools, lead routing & scoring, billing, or customer lifecycle tools
• Experience implementing enterprise AI technology at scale
• Experience with digital advertising or consumption-based business models
