You will be responsible for meeting recruiting goals, developing unique hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, and providing exceptional interview experiences. • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and develop unique hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for multiple technical job requisitions and engage with passive candidates.
• Meet or exceed recruiting goals and hiring targets by managing, prioritizing, and closing searches.
• Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
• Passionate, driven mentality with the readiness to jump right in and go!
• Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and great follow-through
• 4+ years recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team
• Keep ‘em warm! Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify potential opportunities for the future
• A sincere understanding of the importance of building relationships with active and passive candidates of all levels
• Relentless passion and drive to find and connect with the best talent
• Experience in tech startups and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a low structure, fast-paced environment in a flexible manner
