Technical Program Manager (Product & Engineering)

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs and projects that are critical to our business. You will design, implement, and optimize processes to streamline workflows and ensure seamless integration of technologies across our platforms. Your primary goal will be to empower our engineers by handling operational complexity, allowing them to focus on high-value technical problems.

• Assumer la responsabilité du suivi et de la stabilisation des projets, de la suppression des obstacles et de l'anticipation des besoins des clients internes et externes.
• 5 years of experience in program management or equivalent field
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Strong ability to foresee potential challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to ensure product and technology solutions align with both internal goals and customer expectations
• Cross-Functional Influence: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, product, and other stakeholders, driving alignment and buy-in on key initiatives
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Process Optimization: Expertise in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and implementing scalable processes that improve team productivity and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Program Execution & Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive them to successful completion with minimal oversight
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to engage with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, priorities, and dependencies
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong ability to adjust priorities and tactics as needed
• Prior experience supporting consumer products
• Prior experience supporting government or defense products
• Prior experience in a startup environment
