Remitly · London, United Kingdom
About The Role
Join Remitly, a leading digital financial services provider, as a Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the end-to-end data lifecycle, transforming defined business problems into clean, validated data assets. - Écrire et optimiser des requêtes SQL modulaires pour transformer les données brutes en tables "prêtes pour l'analyste".
- Clear and concise written communication, being able to explain a data discrepancy to a stakeholder without overwhelming them with technical jargon
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar technical-functional role
- Ability to take a structured task and identify the necessary logic, filters, and edge cases (e.g., how to handle partial months) independently
- Demonstrated experience building and publishing reports using modern BI tools; experience with Tableau, Mode, or PowerBI strongly preferred
- Enthusiasm for using AI (LLMs) to speed up SQL writing, debug code, and draft initial documentation templates
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Fact vs. Dimension tables)
- Strong SQL and/or Python or R skills; ability to manipulate and handle large volumes of data, work across data from disparate sources and environments, perform data transformation with ease, and debug others' code with minimal guidance
