• Steering product strategy by partnering with Product Managers to define success metrics and monitoring KPIs.
• Interrogating user behavior through deep-dive analyses to understand the "why" behind user actions.
• Leading rigorous experiments by designing and running A/B tests, owning the process from hypothesis to recommendation.
