  • Support the Chief Product Officer in developing product strategy, governance, and execution of the product roadmap.
  • Drive product planning processes, bringing stakeholders together to align on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
  • User experience and customer feedback analysis
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Confluence, and other relevant product management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop software for analyzing large data sets, including but not limited to:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (dual citizenship not accepted)
  • Market research and competitive analysis
  • Demonstrated understanding of the technical, business, and operational aspects of product development, including but not limited to:
  • B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Product lifecycle management
  • Machine learning applications for product insights
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and translate data into product decisions
  • Data visualization
  • Statistical analysis
  • 3 to 15 years of professional experience in product development, analysis, or a relevant field
  • Go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
  • Previous experience bringing aerospace or defense industry products to market
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
  • Experience leading customer interactions and gathering requirements to inform product development
  • Understanding of how A.I. can accelerate product development and enhance product capabilities
