Account Development Representative

Join PitchBook as an Account Development Representative, where you'll be a key player in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. In this role, you'll focus on outbound prospecting, managing inbound leads, and conducting discovery calls to create qualified opportunities for Account Managers and Business Development Representatives. You'll work closely with a fixed book of accounts and contribute to the company's vision and culture.

• Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound account leads to create qualified opportunities for Account Managers and Business Development Representatives.
• Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects before handoff to ensure strong fit and conversion potential.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
• Comfortable to engage with a diverse array of clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• A client first attitude and love to engage prospective new users for account growth
• 6+ months of outbound prospecting experience
• Team player with the desire to try new ideas in order to achieve greater levels of success
• Tenacious and goal-oriented; can work effectively as part of a group
• Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results
• Bachelor’s degree
• Terrific prioritization skills to manage your sales pipeline
• Interested in financial markets or services, particularly private equity and venture capital
