Lead Talent Partner (Technology)

Join Rho, a fast-growing fintech company, as our Lead Talent Partner (Technology). In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the tech ecosystem. You will own the entire recruitment process, improve our talent operating rhythm, and leverage AI to enhance our hiring efforts. This position is based in our NYC office and reports directly to the Head of People & Talent.

• Establish and refine the infrastructure that enables the company to hire great people, focusing on quality over quantity.
• Build relationships with top talent in the tech ecosystem and find creative ways to connect with them, strengthening the company's talent brand.
• Develop rigorous hiring processes across the business and advise hiring teams on building better searches, treating recruiting as both an art and a science.
• Operational excellence—you know how to run a disciplined search and coach hiring managers along the way
• A bias toward action and sense of ownership
• 5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a technical emphasis
• Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services, or similarly rigorous orgs)
• High ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for getting the job done
• Strong knowledge of the talent market—where to find excellent builders, and how to speak their language
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills
• A passion for experimentation and craft: you multiply your leverage with AI, try new tools, and refuse to stop until you get it right
