RH
Product Manager
Rho · San Francisco, United States
About The Role
Join Rho, a company dedicated to rebuilding the finance stack for the innovation economy. As a Product Manager, you will own a significant surface of the platform end-to-end, working closely with customers and making decisions that impact the company's success. You will operate like a founder, developing a deep understanding of early-stage companies and their needs. You will also work at the frontier of AI, leveraging its capabilities to enhance your work and the products you build.
- You're at home in ambiguity. You make calls on incomplete information and treat a pivot as new information, not a setback. Plans change; you're the steady one when they do
- You bring people with you. You build trust quickly, communicate proactively, and can align a room even when the answer is no
- You have frontier fluency. You work with AI daily — prototyping, analyzing, drafting, automating — and you can point to something you shipped or changed because a new capability made it possible. Not theorizing; doing
- You think like a founder. You've been one, worked next to one, or operated like one — you take ownership past the edges of your role, and you pull things over the line that would die in someone else's backlog
- You have 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — and you've shipped work you're proud to put your name on
- You crave a team that pushes you — smart, ambitious people who make the work fun and help you grow faster than you thought possible
- You build. You're not above opening a prototype, sketching a flow, or pulling the data yourself
- You have discovery rigor. You can articulate the problem, the hypothesis, and how you'll know it worked before you've written a spec
- You have taste. You hold your own view of what good looks like, obsess over the details, and know that in a banking product, every interaction carries trust
