Recruiter (6 Month Contract)

Join our People Operations team as a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in expanding our candidate pipeline and hiring capabilities, particularly in technology, sales, and leadership roles across our US offices. Your responsibilities will include proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline, and driving innovation in sourcing techniques. You will also maintain and update candidate records in our ATS and sourcing systems. • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and people ops to deeply understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Drive innovation in sourcing techniques, leveraging creative methods beyond traditional platforms to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Demonstrated success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche positions in operational or risk/compliance functions
• Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful—you take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Deep familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem, etc.) and CRM/ATS systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive with a strong sense of urgency
