Talent Associate

Join Rho, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Talent Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for building exceptional end-to-end searches, improving our talent operating rhythm, and leveraging AI to enhance our recruiting efforts. You will work closely with the VP of People & Talent and be based in either Salt Lake City, New York, or San Francisco. • Establish and maintain relationships with top talent in the tech ecosystem, utilizing creative strategies to connect with potential candidates.
• Develop and implement rigorous hiring processes across the organization, advising hiring teams on best practices for building effective searches.
• Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment strategies, focusing on quality over quantity in candidate selection.
• High ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for getting the job done
• A passion for experimentation and craft: you multiply your leverage with AI, try new tools, and refuse to stop until you get it right
• A bias toward action and sense of ownership
• Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services, or similarly rigorous orgs)
• 1 - 4 years of sales, operations, or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Operational excellence—you know how to run a disciplined search and coach hiring managers along the way
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills
• Strong knowledge of the talent market—where to find excellent builders, and how to speak their language
