RH
Vice President of Product
Rho · New York, United States
About The Role
Join Rho, a company dedicated to rebuilding the finance stack for the innovation economy. As the Vice President of Product, you will partner with the CEO, design, and engineering teams to set the product direction and own its execution. You will lead a team of 6 product managers, develop a deep understanding of founders and early-stage companies, and actively participate in the product development process. This is a company-building role that extends beyond just product, and you will have a significant impact on Rho's success.
- Shape product direction and own the product vision alongside the CEO and executive team, translating company strategy into a well-sequenced product roadmap.
- Lead and grow a team of product managers, enabling Rho’s PM function with agency, a spirit of experimentation, and a one-team culture.
- Get in the weeds by prototyping, pressure-testing, and iterating alongside design and engineering, actively working to improve the product development lifecycle.
- You have taste. You care about craft. You know that in a banking product, every interaction carries trust, and you hold the team to that standard
- You communicate with clarity and conviction. You can align a room, make a hard call, and bring people along — even when the answer is no
- You’ve launched 0 to 1 product builds that had meaningful customer impact. You obsess over the details that make something exceptional, and you iterate towards perfect
- You build. You're not above opening a prototype, sketching a flow, or writing a spec yourself. You understand that AI is changing the product development lifecycle, and you're actively working that way, not theorizing about it
- You've led product at a high-growth startup and you've shipped products that customers love
- You have deep empathy for founders and the chaos of early-stage companies. You've either been one or spent enough time with them to think like one
