Business Optimization Manager

In this role, you will support P&L growth and business operations for Roku's Product groups, develop business reporting and actionable insights, and optimize monetization strategies. You will collaborate with various teams, run Monthly Business Reviews, and provide operational and strategic support for major cross-functional initiatives. • Organizing and running Monthly Business Reviews for Key Product Areas, and identifying and proposing tactics that optimize Gross Profit.
• Collaborating with Product Managers and Business Leads to optimize Monetization strategy for Key Product Areas.
• Developing and managing processes that improve operational efficiency across Roku Orgs and feed into the Product Roadmap.
• MBA preferred or minimum Bachelor's of Business, Science, Finance, etc
• A curious mindset and a collaborative approach to working
• Proven communication skills across a variety of stakeholders, including engineering, sales, product, and senior executives
• Competent judgement and the ability to influence decision-making across a variety of functions
• 5-7 years of experience in Consulting, Business Operations, or Product
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
• Experience developing new businesses and running existing ones
