Director of Manufacturing Operations

Join Roku, a leading streaming platform, as the Director of Manufacturing Operations. In this role, you will lead program planning and supplier execution for Roku's Players, Smart Home, and Remote product lines. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in product development processes and supply chain metric tracking. This position requires a strong background in manufacturing, supplier management, and cost optimization, as well as the ability to lead a team of senior program managers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and spend meaningful time onsite in Asia to build trust and solve problems on the factory floor.

• Lead program planning and supplier execution for Roku’s Players, Smart Home, and Remote product lines, ensuring operational excellence in product development processes.
• Drive capacity planning and risk assessments to support stable volume production, and step in on supplier escalations around production, yield, reliability, and quality.
• Track yield, scrap, utilization, and production plan vs actual to hold teams accountable, and contain and resolve post-launch quality or reliability issues quickly.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, including FATP, SMT, NPI validation, reliability testing, yield analysis, and supplier capacity planning
• The role requires 15-20% international travel
• 10+ years in operations, technical program management, or manufacturing leadership with direct accountability for product launches
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
• Experience with DFx, alternate sourcing, automation, and packaging optimization
• Track record of supplier collaboration to drive yield, cost, and quality improvements
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence executives and align global teams
