Head of Content Innovation

Join Roku, the leading streaming platform, as the Head of Content Innovation. In this senior leadership role, you will lead a cross-functional incubation team responsible for creating and scaling original platform-native entertainment experiences. You will work closely with various teams across content, product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and advertising to bring new concepts to market. This position requires strong creative judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to move ideas from concept to execution in an evolving environment.

• Lead a cross-functional incubation team responsible for imagining, prototyping, launching, and scaling original platform-native entertainment experiences.
• Define a clear vision for new entertainment formats that bring together storytelling, interactivity, technology, and audience engagement.
• Establish and grow Roku's internal innovation studio capabilities for interactive entertainment experiences.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to identify culturally relevant ideas
• Experience working at the intersection of content, gaming, technology, and consumer products
• A track record of launching new consumer-facing experiences from concept through execution
• Experience building original interactive entertainment experiences for broad consumer audiences
• The ability to balance experimentation with strong operational follow-through
• Sound judgment, curiosity, and comfort navigating evolving business and audience needs
• Experience building zero-to-one initiatives within large organizations or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with platform-based entertainment, interactive media, gaming, transmedia, immersive media, or live consumer experiences
• Excellent communication skills and an inclusive leadership approach
• Success leading highly cross-functional teams, including through influence rather than direct authority
