Senior Financial Analyst (Devices Hardware & Supply Chain Operations)

About The Role
Join Roku's Supply Chain Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will support the hardware Operations team, develop reporting and forecasting solutions, and analyze component forecast inputs. You will also coordinate with Operations on the annual budget and long-range plan deliverables, identify and implement systemic solutions, and perform ad hoc analyses as needed. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of FP&A experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
- Support day-to-day business partnering and FP&A support activities for the Supply Chain & Operations organization, focusing on accurately forecasting COGS and OCOGS.
- Coordinate with Operations on the annual budget and long-range plan deliverables, updating and maintaining various financial models as necessary.
- Identify and implement systemic, scalable solutions through technology to optimize finance processes for speed, agility, and insight.
- The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess strong analytical skills, and manage multiple and time sensitive deliverables across a highly matrixed organization
- The ideal candidate will have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution
- Understanding of COGs, BOMs, and/or inventory accounting
- Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize workloads and build visualization tools
- 4+ years of FP&A experience supporting hardware or product engineering organizations, ideally at a high growth tech company
- Experience with Anaplan & NetSuite
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to digest, analyze and comprehend large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models; demonstrated proficiency with advanced functions (index, offsets, arrays, etc.)
- Experience leveraging business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and connector across multiple cross functional departments
- Bias for action, ability to identify and effectively prioritize critical workstreams, meet competing deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Strong analytical skill, with a passion for metrics and data; ability to apply in order to influence and drive effective decision making
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or a similar analytical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Data Science); MBA/CPA preferred
