Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Join Roku's Advertising Performance group as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. In this role, you will focus on optimizing performance for advertisers, publishers, and Roku itself. You will work on real-time multi-objective optimization across distributed systems, utilizing machine learning, reinforcement learning, AI, control and optimization systems, and auction dynamics. You will help build a first-class machine learning platform, conduct data analysis and feature engineering, train models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Contribuir a la construcción de una plataforma de aprendizaje automático de primera clase que gestione todo el ciclo de vida del modelo.

• Proficient coding skills and strong software development experience in Spark, Python, or Java
• Ad Tech experience is preferred
• 5 years of experience in applied machine learning on real use cases
• Familiarity with real-time evaluation of models with low latency constraints
• Familiarity with distributed ML frameworks such as Spark-MLlib, TensorFlow, etc
• Proficient use of AI tools and agentic coding practices
• Ability to work with large scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modelling environments i.e. Spark, Hive, NoSQL stores such as Aerospike and ScyllaDB
• Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
