Senior Partner Engineer

Join Roku as a Senior Partner Engineer, where you will be the primary technical point of contact for key content publishers. You will guide partners through the full application lifecycle, from defining their content and brand within the Roku ecosystem to post-launch support and ongoing updates. This role requires a strong software development foundation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance technical problem-solving with clear communication and strategic prioritization.

• Knowledge of OpenGL or the mobile gaming ecosystem
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Experience developing in C++ with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on work
• Experience programming in both managed and native software frameworks
• A track record of building productive technical relationships with external partners or developers
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Familiarity with video streaming standards such as HLS and DASH
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
