Senior Technical Program Manager (The Roku Channel)

• Lead complex, multi-team technical programs from inception to delivery across engineering, product, design, and QA.
• Drive alignment and decision-making through technical discussions with cross-functional stakeholders and diverse teams with competing priorities.
• Establish and manage program schedules, deliverables, and success metrics; track progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Proven track record of managing multi-team initiatives with high dependency complexity and delivering results
• Working knowledge of engineering systems, including client/server integration, APIs, experimentation, and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with streaming technologies such as AVOD, SVOD, FAST, live streaming, content discovery, personalization, or content operations
• Strong expertise in risk management, critical path planning, and disciplined execution
• Extensive experience leading technical programs in consumer software, media/streaming, or platform products
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization, documentation, or data analysis
