Solutions Engineer (Platform Experiences, AdTech)

Join Roku's Solutions Engineering team, where you'll design, implement, and support technical solutions for our video and display advertising business. As a Solutions Engineer for Platform Experiences, you'll work closely with Product, Ad Ops, and Engineering to create custom solutions that enhance user experiences and drive monetization opportunities. You'll also collaborate with QA Engineering teams, troubleshoot product issues, and pioneer experimental features that expand Roku's value proposition. • 5–10 years of experience in AdTech/MarTech at a leading publisher, DSP, SSP, ad network, or agency, preferably in a Solutions, Integrations, or Professional Services Engineering role
• A strong track record of providing technical support for external and internal stakeholders, particularly while overseeing complex integrations
• Comprehension and hands-on experience trafficking digital video and other formats, including VAST and VMAP
• 1–3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Datadog, Tableau, or similar, including the ability to develop custom dashboards, looks, and views. Hands-on experience with SQL, Hive, or another database technology is required
• The ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with audiences such as Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
• Experience partnering with Engineering teams to triage and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
