Manager of Analytics & Strategy

Join Hopscotch, a company dedicated to transforming rural healthcare. As the Manager of Analytics & Strategy, you will lead operational, analytical, and strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence. You will develop and maintain operational analytics, conduct complex analyses, build financial and operational models, and identify opportunities to apply generative AI. You will also support metric governance, build vs. buy vs. partner assessments, and monitor regulatory changes. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in fast-paced environments, and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality.

• Lead operational, analytical, and strategic initiatives for high-leverage areas of the business to drive results.
• Develop and maintain operational analytics to drive insights and action for key stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify and validate new opportunities to apply generative AI to improve access and quality of care.
• The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills paired with first principles thinking and an ownership mentality
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving results with minimal guidance
• Experience presenting to and collaborating with executive leadership
• 3-5 years of work experience in fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startup
• Experience working in digital health, care delivery, or health insurance
• High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts and skilled at data storytelling
• Familiarity with value-based care and key healthcare industry dynamics/trends
• You thrive in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a start-up
