Finance Business Partner Operations and Strategic Projects NL

As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide analytical support to the Operations teams in the Netherlands and Belgium, collaborate with Country Leadership to shape long-term strategy, and handle complex financial projects. You will be responsible for extensive financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, month-end processes, and monitoring key project results.

• Partner with senior Operations leadership in NL and BE, providing expert advice and healthy challenge to stakeholders.
• Perform extensive financial analysis for reporting and planning, including month-end close and strategic business cases.
• Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring collaboration and consensus between markets and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
