Head of Operations (Dutch speaker)

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and vision of country logistics, institutional advocacy and industrial relations, stakeholder management, P&L ownership, optimization and continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, leadership and team development, and risk management. You will need proven experience in leading and developing a high-performing team, strong commercial acumen, exceptional influencing skills, outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills, a strategic and creative approach to problem-solving, a data-driven analytical mindset, and fluency in both English and Dutch.

• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Architect and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for country logistics, aligning with COEs, SSC, and business growth ambitions.
• Institutional Advocacy & Industrial Relations: Support the Country Manager on complex, high-stakes dossiers including CAO negotiations, pension schemes, and contracting structures.
• P&L Ownership & Financial Stewardship: Partner with the Country Manager to oversee and optimize the Country P&L, ensuring operational spend aligns with budgetary targets.
