Junior Android Engineer

As a Junior Android Software Engineer in Fintech, you will collaborate with world-class engineers to design, implement, and maintain payment-related features for the Just Eat Takeaway Android app. You will develop scalable, high-performance native Android features, troubleshoot bugs, document technical decisions, and continuously learn and adapt to modern Android technologies. This position is located in Enschede, with a hybrid work model.

• Develop scalable, high-performance native Android features for the Just Eat Takeaway app, specifically within the Fintech domain.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, Quality, Backend, iOS, Web and Senior Android Engineers to deliver and enhance mobile products.
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve crashes to ensure app stability, high crash-free rates, and a seamless mobile payment experience.
