As a Sr. CRM Manager, you will lead digital experiences for partners and couriers globally, bridging the gap between lifecycle strategy, data analytics, and marketing automation. You will own automated lifecycle programs, design and optimize cross-channel logic, manage operational health, foster collaboration across departments, and drive excellence in automation. - Own automated lifecycle programs end-to-end, setting clear goals across strategy, execution, maintenance, and measurement. - Design and optimize cross-channel logic across high-impact touchpoints like WhatsApp, push notifications, and email, including conflict resolution and rules management. - Manage the operational health of our loops and utilize Google BigQuery (SQL) to transform raw data into real-time and personalized segments.
