About The Role

Join our team as a Regional Sales Director, where you will be responsible for driving net-new enterprise revenue within our highest-potential target accounts. You will leverage advanced sales technologies and a high daily cadence to build an autonomous pipeline and deliver sustained competitive advantage for our brand partners. This role requires a proactive hunter and relentless closer with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

  • Proactively generate and build a regional pipeline by leveraging modern sales technologies and data automation.
  • Conduct high-impact enterprise discovery calls to uncover hidden inefficiencies and demonstrate how partner marketing convergence drives revenue.
  • Manage complex close cycles by aligning with multiple stakeholders and compressing deal velocity.
  • Highly Autonomous & Driven: High-energy and exceptionally self-motivated; highly disciplined at maintaining a relentless activity cadence while working remotely
  • Relentless Closer Mindset: Demonstrated experience using value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) to move enterprise deals cleanly through a complex funnel
  • AI-First / Tech-Native Operator: A proactive self-starter who treats sales technology as a strategic lever, heavily utilizing AI automation, workflows, and intent data to scale outbound precision
  • Ecommerce D2C Exposure: You should understand the affiliate marketing category, but you don’t have to be an expert but you should understand the online makreintg landscape and those who operate in it
  • High-Velocity Enterprise Hunter: Up to 5 years of direct, quota-carrying experience developing enterprise relationships and closing mid-market to enterprise technology, SaaS, or digital media deals
  • The "Expert in the Room" Command: High business acumen, sales IQ, and intellectual curiosity. You have the natural authority needed to challenge legacy thinking and consult confidently with executive decision-makers
  • Modern Marketing Fluency: A strong understanding of the shifting digital landscape, with the ability to articulate how creator networks, affiliate models, and automation are converging to replace traditional multi-channel spent
  • Direct background selling retail MarTech, affiliate solutions, or working within a hyper-growth enterprise SaaS environment
