  • Lead a small team of product designers, setting direction, providing feedback, and supporting their growth.
  • Translate product strategy into elegant, user-centered design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality experiences.
  • A key part of this role is collaborating closely with our mobile engineering team in Poland. Because of this, a requirement for this role is to work within CST or EST business hours
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (i.e. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
  • Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
  • Experience collaborating in agile product teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products across platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs
  • Proven people management experience, including mentoring designers and guiding design work
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Curiosity for how people think, behave, and interact with technology
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Exceptional breadth of interest shown through tangible, self-initiated ventures or deep community involvement; you love trying new things and may possess a demonstrated history of successfully pivoting or starting over in life and work
  • High emotional intelligence and a passion for supporting others
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability to advocate for design
