Customer Marketing Manager

Join Okta as a Customer Marketing Manager, where you will own the Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) program and drive the strategy and execution of advocacy programs. You will work closely with various stakeholders, manage high-touch invitations and logistics, provide customer insights, and report on CAB health and impact. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, strong collaboration and communication skills, and exceptional project management skills.

• Own the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program end-to-end, including charter, membership, meeting cadence, programming, and action-item follow-through.
• Partner with the field to nominate, recruit, and maintain CAB membership; design each CAB meeting's agenda to ensure strategic alignment.
• Act as the primary customer advocacy lead, partnering cross-functionally to build a streamlined process for identifying top customer voices and championing their success stories.

• Flawless communication and interpersonal skills, with the maturity and confidence to interface directly with C-suite executives and internal leadership
• Exceptional project management skills; laser-focused on details, deadlines, and flawless execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• 7+ years of experience working in B2B tech marketing, with dedicated experience in customer marketing/advocacy and/or managing executive-level programs
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable tracking, synthesizing, and reporting on program KPIs to leadership
