About The Role
Join our team as the Director of Marketing Analytics, where you'll lead a team that transforms data into insights and drives decisions and strategy across our marketing channels. You'll own measurement and analytics for paid media, digital, partners, and field campaigns, and take the insights to translate data into actionable insights for marketing leaders across the business. - Lead a team that transforms data into insights and drives decisions and strategy across marketing channels.
- Own measurement and analytics for paid media, digital, partners, and field campaigns, including attribution modeling and ROI optimization.
- Drive paid and organic digital acquisition strategy through CAC, ROAS, and LTV analysis, and build and maintain self-service dashboards in Tableau.
- 12+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS
- Experience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing models
- 5+ years in digital/paid media analytics: channel optimization, attribution, budget allocation (SEM, display, social, video)
- 5+ years managing and developing analytics teams; strong leadership skills
- Track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisions
- Statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
- Deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement
- Strong grasp of martech infrastructure: database management, data hygiene, API integrations (ad platforms, CRM, analytics tools, data warehouse)
- Expert-level Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, Excel
- Data storytelling: communicate complex insights to executives and influence decisions
- AI/ML experience: predictive modeling, propensity scoring, marketing mix modeling
- Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics expertise
- SQL proficiency
- Growth marketing or demand gen background
- Privacy-first measurement, DSPs, programmatic advertising experience
- Python, R, or similar statistical tools
- Advanced degree (MBA, Analytics, Economics, or related field)
