About The Role

Join Okta, a leading identity and access management company, as a Finance Manager in the Technology FP&A team. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership on planning, forecasting, and analysis activities, and play a key role in streamlining processes across the broader Technology organization. You will own the budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluate M&A deal models, partner on pricing and packaging strategies, and lead enterprise deal structuring and margin analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical candidate with a strong background in FP&A.

  • Be a strategic financial partner to the newly formed organization, owning the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Lead the financial due diligence workstream for target acquisitions, and participate in the company’s long-range strategic planning.
  • Serve as the core finance partner to the Pricing & Packaging and Product teams, conducting comprehensive financial modeling and margin impact analysis.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and implementing them into workflows
  • Manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision
  • MBA, Big 4 accounting, or investment banking experience a plus
  • Very comfortable with change and challenging the status quo
  • Prior experience in a high-growth high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with FP&A systems required, Anaplan, Workday experience is a HUGE plus
  • A minimum of 5+ years of FP&A experience
  • M&A support: Deal model review, financial diligence, operating model conversion & post merger integration/synergy tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Advanced Excel and/or Gsheet and strong PowerPoint and/or Slides skills are required
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
