- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or has completed an Engineering Bootcamp program within the same time frame
- Experience developing on, or working within, Multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate your work, without generating slop
- Practical experience working with data and tools to analyze data (SQL/BI Tools)
- Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
- Design of APIs and detailed specifications to enable engineering execution
- 5 years of experience leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
- Hands-on experience with agile development tools like Jira and Confluence
- Strong human/people skills to conduct deep-dive customer interviews
- Direct experience building out B2B tenancy infrastructure, entitlement engines, configuration schema systems, or B2B SaaS control planes
- Experience using third party licensing and entitlement tools
- Ability to travel within the US or Canada for customer conversations or research
