Principal Group Product Manager (B2B, Auth0)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or has completed an Engineering Bootcamp program within the same time frame
• Experience developing on, or working within, Multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate your work, without generating slop
• Practical experience working with data and tools to analyze data (SQL/BI Tools)
• Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
• Design of APIs and detailed specifications to enable engineering execution
• 5 years of experience leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with agile development tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong human/people skills to conduct deep-dive customer interviews
• Direct experience building out B2B tenancy infrastructure, entitlement engines, configuration schema systems, or B2B SaaS control planes
• Experience using third party licensing and entitlement tools
• Ability to travel within the US or Canada for customer conversations or research
