Senior Product Analyst (Order to Cash)

Join Okta as a Senior Product Analyst, where you will be the primary functional expert for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within NetSuite. You will own the configuration, optimization, and integration of core O2C systems, collaborating closely with Finance, Billing, Collections, and development teams. This is a senior role for someone who is proactive, eager to take ownership, and excited to lead AI-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and cash flow.

• Experience integrating O2C processes with third-party systems such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Celigo, Zuora RevPro, Avalara, and data warehouse platforms
• 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in NetSuite Order-to-Cash functions across multiple modules
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration experience across Order to Cash, SuiteFlow, SavedSearch, and Report building
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent years of industry experience
• Proven ability to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, taking full ownership of deliverables and driving projects end to end with a proactive, self-starter mentality
• Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, and compliance standards including SOX controls, ASC 606, and audit documentation requirements
• Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring and applying AI tools to improve processes, with the ability to mentor and upskill team members while building business value through innovation
• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or CBAP certification
• Experience with iPaaS solutions such as Boomi or similar middleware platforms
• Familiarity with AWS and building AI-powered applications in a finance or O2C context
