Technical Consultant (Auth0)

Join our team as a Technical Consultant for Auth0, where you will provide hands-on implementation and deployment services to our customers. You will lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects, engage with the Customer Success team, and continuously improve delivery processes. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript and one of the major JavaScript MVC frameworks, as well as superb communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

• Lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects to ensure long-term customer success.
• Provide hands-on implementation and deployment services to customers, including technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Engage with the full Customer Success team to assure a smooth transition post-deployment to the support/maintenance phases.
• Ability to work independently and multi-functionally supporting the development of client work you're doing
• Minimum 3 years experience with JavaScript and one of the major JavaScript MVC frameworks (Backbone, Angular, Ember, React, Node, etc.)
• Some knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
• Superb communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management
• Mobile development experience (iOS and Android)
• Experience with technologies and protocols to support identity federation and robust access control models (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation)
• Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Non-JavaScript Software development experience (Java, .Net, Go, C#, Flutter, PHP, etc)
• Experience in designing and implementing security and identity management solutions to support critical systems and business programs
• Experience with Node JS runtime environment
• Knowledge of typical enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards
• Able and willing to be a hands-on contributor
• Experience in delivering Auth0 implementations for organizations
• 3-5 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline required

• Communicates with internal and external customers and all levels of management
