Vice President of Product Management (Identity Management)

In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for our Workforce Identity Cloud governance and privileged access solutions. You will lead a high-performing team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales. • We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and highly technical VP of Product for Identity Management to lead two of our fastest-growing and most critical strategic pillars: Okta Identity Governance (OIG) and Okta Privileged Access (OPA)
• Technical Acumen: Ability to converse deeply with engineers about cloud architecture, APIs, zero-trust security frameworks, and AI/ML-driven automation
• Experience: 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) managing multi-product portfolios
• Scale: Proven track record of scaling enterprise software products from early traction to $100M+ in ARR
• Strategic Clarity: Exceptional ability to distill complex, ambiguous market dynamics into a clear, actionable product roadmap
• Communication: A masterful storyteller who can inspire internal teams, command the room with executive stakeholders, and build trust with enterprise customers
• Required Domain Expertise: Deep, practical experience within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape is strictly required, specifically holding a proven track record of designing, building, or scaling sophisticated Identity Governance (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
