Commercial Counsel (AMER)

Join Fireblocks, a leading digital asset security platform, as a Senior Counsel, Commercial. Based in New York, you will play a key role in the company's growth in the Americas financial markets. Your focus will be on commercial contracting, working closely with the Americas Sales and Customer Success Teams. You will draft and negotiate a variety of contracts with leading financial institutions, own the review cycle from drafting to closure, and advise stakeholders on legal risks and business strategies.

• Background in the financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industries, preferred
• Experience as a team player who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to solve issues and work collaboratively to generate consensus across diverse points of view
• Fastidious attention to detail in both oral and written communications
• 8+ years experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a technology company
• J.D. or LL.B accredited from a law school, with active membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar; New York admission (or eligibility to register as in-house counsel in New York) preferred
• Proficiency in managing competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
