Sales Director (Payments, DACH)

Join Fireblocks, a leading blockchain and cybersecurity firm, as a Sales Director for the DACH region. In this role, you will drive growth in the blockchain payments sector, targeting payment service providers, cross-border transactions, remittances, and other payment providers. You will collaborate closely with regional sales teams, Sales Engineers, and the Payments product team, and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets, generating and qualifying leads, building and nurturing relationships with prospects and customers, and keeping the Fireblocks CRM up-to-date.

• Driving growth for Fireblocks within the blockchain payments sector in the DACH region.
• Targeting payment service providers, cross-border, remittances, and various other payment providers.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets while collaborating with regional sales teams.
• Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
• A willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities
• Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
• Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales position
• Thrives in a team-selling environment
• Experience in formalising and supporting the co-sell motion in working with technology partners is preferred
• Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into the Payments space
