Solution Architect (EMEA)

Join Fireblocks, a leading digital asset security platform, as a Solution Architect in our EMEA Professional Services team. In this role, you will own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region's largest banks and financial institutions. You will lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, and support strategic pre-sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, software development experience, and a deep understanding of IT security.

• Lead the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for large Banks and Financial Institutions in the EMEA region.
• Take end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered, from deal close through to production, including architecture design, integration, and deployment.
• Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges and ensure operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards
• Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus
• Experience with either blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks, Financial Institutions, or enterprise financial systems. One is a must, both is a strong advantage
