About The Role

Join our team as a Business Intelligence Lead, where you will own and maintain our Azure-based BI infrastructure, manage and evolve our data pipelines, and oversee the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards. You will also support revenue analytics, manage and mentor a team of BI analysts, and collaborate with various teams across the organization.   • Own and maintain the Azure-based BI infrastructure, including data pipelines and storage.
  • Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts, supporting their growth and day-to-day execution.
  • Translate business questions from stakeholders into data models and reporting solutions.
  • Proficiency with Power BI or a comparable BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc.)
  • Collaborative: You work well across time zones and functions, and you make your teammates better
  • Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones
  • Clear communicator: You can translate complex data concepts into language that resonates with business stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services or equivalent (Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Blob Storage)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as a revenue source of truth
  • Prior exposure to Microsoft Fabric or awareness of the Azure/Fabric roadmap
  • Technically rigorous: You go deep on infrastructure problems and don't stop at surface-level fixes
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering
  • Strong SQL skills, including window functions, complex joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • Experience in ad tech, media intelligence, or programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, audience data)
  • Ownership-driven: You treat the systems you build and the team you lead as your own, and you care about getting things right
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts or engineers
