People Operations

Join Postman, a leading API platform, as a People Operations professional. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional employee experience, manage day-to-day HR operations in the EMEA region, ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, and maintain our HRIS system. You will also oversee benefits programs, manage payroll cycles, and serve as a subject matter expert for employee inquiries. • Deliver an exceptional employee experience by continuously improving HR processes and policies.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations in the EMEA region, including HR systems, immigration, global mobility, and compliance.
• Oversee the Benefits Programs across EMEA countries and maintain relationships with third-party pay and benefits brokers.
• High integrity and maturity to handle confidential information and sensitive situations in a way that builds trust
• Experience of working in the EMEA region
• An HRIS and systems guru (Rippling, Workday, DEEL, Zendesk, Greenhouse, or similar systems) with a strong focus on tech based HR solutions and AI platforms
• Empathy and emotional intelligence to build alignment and strong relationships with employees and internal and external stakeholders
• Process-driven problem solver, content with ambiguity and being in the weeds
• Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to execute on large volumes of work
• A minimum of 5 years of general people operations experience or HR generalist experience
• Experience scaling HR operations at a small to mid-sized start-up in a growth stage (you have startup hustle and can also think around corners to the next stage of growth)
• Experience working for a US based Company
• One or more European languages (German, French, Spanish preferred)
