Senior Engineering Manager (Tiger Cloud Apps)

Join our team as a Senior Engineering Manager for Tiger Cloud Apps. In this high-ownership leadership role, you will build and grow the team behind Console, the primary interface for our customers to work with the Tiger platform. You will lead a group of full-stack engineers, set technical and organizational direction, and shape a strong engineering culture. • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of engineers, owning hiring, performance management, career development, and team health.
• Own the Console end to end — the UI customers use to operate the platform, including observability, user management, and developer-experience features.
• Set technical direction across a predominantly JavaScript and Go stack, balancing speed of delivery, polish, and long-term maintainability.
• Bonus: experience with CLIs, MCP, or building tooling for technical/developer audiences
• A proven ability to set culture, standards, and direction during periods of growth or reorganization, and to push a team to execute
• Strong product sense and the judgment to balance polish, velocity, and reliability
• Strong technical depth with hands-on experience in JavaScript and modern frontend, plus Go (or comparable backend) services
• Passion for building experiences developers love, and for developing the people who build them
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers or engineering teams
• Experience owning complex, customer-facing domains end to end — ideally including billing, observability, user/account management, or developer-experience tooling
• A track record of building and leading high-performing full-stack teams that ship customer-facing products
