About The Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and engineering support to manufacturing operations for control valve assembly and related processes. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, product localization, new product introduction (NPI), troubleshooting, and cost reduction projects while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and regional teams.

This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational excellence, manufacturing capability, safety, and product quality within the Fisher Valves manufacturing facility.
