Senior Site Director/Vice President

The Senior Site Director, AFTC is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the site, serving as the primary P&L owner and legal representative of the organization. Reporting to regional leadership and working closely with the Board of Directors, this role is accountable for executing strategic business objectives while ensuring operational excellence, sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement.

This role will provide leadership across all business functions, including Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Finance, Human Resources as well as matrix reporting of Supply Chain and Customer Care. Responsible for developing and executing long-term business strategies, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers best-in-class safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction results.
