About The Role

Join TradingHub, a leading provider of intelligent trade surveillance software for financial institutions. As the Head of Engineering, you will lead the Engineering Core department, driving engineering excellence, platform reliability, and innovation. You will define and evolve the core services and platform architecture, set architectural standards, and champion an AI-first approach. You will also partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams, own the reliability and performance of core systems, and ensure security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
