Sales Manager (UK & IR)

Join our team as a Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and product portfolio, acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, and developing and sustaining relationships with assigned clients. You will also create promotional plans, visit existing clients, train sales staff, and report on account development. A strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office are required.

• Expanding the client base and product portfolio in the UK and Ireland, while implementing an optimized pricing strategy.
• Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project implementation.
• Developing and sustaining relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs, and preparing customized solutions.
• You are a salesperson from tip-to-toe, with a go-getting attitude to expand profitably the existing business
• You are a self-starter and can work independently
• Excellent communication skills (C2 English, other EU languages are a plus)
• You are curious and hungry to learn
• You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office
• Driving license is required
• Previous experience in sales in the bedding/furniture sector is a plus
• You have outstanding interpersonal skills
