CDD - UK E-Commerce & CRM Project Leader F/H - Erborian

Join Erborian, a leading skincare brand, as a UK E-Commerce & CRM Project Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the UK website, driving sales growth, optimizing customer experience, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. You will have a well-rounded exposure to e-commerce and CRM topics in an international environment.

• Act as a key operational driver of the UK e-business, supporting both commercial performance and customer experience.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring seamless execution of trading activities, optimal product availability, and high-quality content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous website optimization.

Description du profil

**REQUIRED PROFILE**

• 2+ years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics
• Experience with Salesforce (SFCC is a plus)
• Knowledge of GA4 and Power BI
• Experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus
• Fully bilingual in English (written and spoken) is required
• Native English level or significant international experience (study or work abroad) strongly preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of business KPIs
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Position based in Paris
