About The Role
Join Erborian, a skincare brand inspired by Korean beauty. As the US Education Project Manager, you will lead the development of the US market from our Paris headquarters. Your mission is to adapt our training strategy to the US market, deliver engaging training sessions, and support market events and training activations. You should have a strong affinity for the beauty industry, proven experience in training or retail, and a deep understanding of the US market.
- Adapt global training content, tools, and materials to the specific needs of the US market, ensuring relevance, cultural alignment, and business impact.
- Develop training opportunities across key US retail partners in close collaboration with local teams and key stakeholders, and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Lead and support training events, masterclasses, and brand activations dedicated to the US market, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand standards.

**PROFILE**
- Strong affinity with the beauty and skincare industry
- Proven experience in training / education / retail excellence
- Deep understanding of the US market is essential
→ Native US profile or significant professional experience within the US market
- Strong business mindset with the ability to connect education to performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of adaptability, autonomy, and proactivity
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Education, Marketing, or equivalent)
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in training, retail, or education roles
- Experience in an international environment is mandatory
- Fluent in English (native or bilingual level required)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and content creation tools (Canva is a plus)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms is appreciated

- Position based in Paris (Head Office)
- Reporting to the Global Training Manager
- International scope with a strong focus on the US market
