Strategic Project Lead

Join our team as a Strategic Product Lead, where you will own the successful delivery of company-critical research and deployment initiatives. You will partner with researchers, Research Associates, and Production Operations to ensure projects are prioritized, staffed, resourced, and delivered. This role requires strong program management, operations leadership, and research enablement skills. You will be responsible for defining project scope, success criteria, timelines, and operational requirements, as well as directing project execution and identifying and resolving risks and bottlenecks.

• Strong track record of translating ambiguous goals into executable plans and successful outcomes
• Ability to quickly understand technical goals, operational constraints, and execution tradeoffs
• 2+ years of experience in program management, operations, technical project management, consulting, startup operations, or similar roles
